During the second part of the year 2010 CTDC and Hines Aircraft became aware of each other existance through the action of Investor, Entrepreneur and pilot Eric Tierie from

• Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Wereldkinderen ('Children of the World foundation'')
• Director and owner at Xegasus Aviation Investments BV
