Aviation Bio Fuels
The Kyoto agreement demands the aviation industry to reach substantial CO2 reduction numbers by 2012. The majority of participating nations release funds for the industry to promote prototyping processes to reach safe use of the Bio Fuels.
CTDC introduces two types of Bio Fuel:
The CTDC Bio fuel Bengas 100 as replacement for the Avgas 100 LL for aircrafts with piston engines (single and multi engines).
The Bio fuel kerosene Benkero on a basis of Bio oils for gas turbine engines of electricity plants and jet engines for the small and medium business jets followed by the smaller cargo and airline aircrafts.

Research of the general aviation market reveals huge numbers of Avgas being used each year. In Europe the General Aviation (GA) fleet up to 6000 kg consumes an average of 6 Million liter Avgas per year. In the USA this GA industry consumes 1.3 billion liter avgas per year.
CTDC and her partners are convinced that their 'green' Avgas 100CZ, which delivers already an emission reduction of 7%, can be delivered to the aviation market between 5% to 10% under the existing market prices of Avgas 100LL. The aircraft companies with engines, which are easy to adapt to this fuel, will be interested to use this green foot print, not only because of the costs involved but mainly given the upcoming EU regulations which targeted a mandatory reduction of 3% in 2012 and 5% in 2013, and thereby avoiding a payment of penalties after 2012.
